The Board of Directors receives and reviews the cover page of every applicant prior to the first grant making meeting. Applications are due on July 1 at the end of business and announcements are made before September 1.

At that first meeting, the directors select those applications that will be given further study.  In some cases, applicants will be asked to provide more information about the organization and the project. If this is the case, the Program Officer will contact the name listed on the application.



All applicants will be sent a letter before September 1 with a decision from the Foundation Board of approved or non-approved grant funding.



A "better place" is a community in which all of the citizens share a good life with adequate shelter, food, and medical care.


Applications are no longer being accepted for 2013.
